When you open Act! for the first time after installing DIAL|IT, you must first license DIAL|IT.
After that, the following window will appear:
You also need a TAPI connection.
Go to Open configuration to select a TAPI device. Otherwise go to Exit.
Next, if you have selected the first option, the DIAL|IT settings appear. You can also open these via the individual DIAL|IT toolbars, for example in the contact detail view, or via Tools > CRMADDON Factory Addons > DIAL|IT - Addon > DIAL|IT - Configuration.
