The explanations for the settings in the sections Appearance and Layout are in the chapter Text Element. Under Design you can change the name of element. You find out how to edit the section Navigation in the chapter Rich Text Element.
Now go to the section Behaviour. In the row Start Page Number you enter the number the page numbering should start with. For page information you have the possibility to choose between different kinds of page information, for example current date and time, page number or user name.
