Send an email to your call partner, for example, with more information about your product for reference.

 

Access the reports of your phone calls.

 

Send a contact report as an attachment to an email.

 

If you have enabled the history popup in the configuration, a history window will appear when you receive a call, allowing you to save information about your conversation.

 

After the call ends, call up the last contact you worked on before.
