Word templates will not create

If you’re having issues with word templates that might be a problem in the regestry. 

Maybe you installed Office two times. The Problem is that now two Office Versions are installed in the regestry.

It means that the regestry contains the wrong infomations about Office. Office can’t be completely uninstalled with the normal uninstaller.

If you want to clean the regestry you can use the Microsoft Fix it Tool for Office:
