Why isn’t the customer record displayed when I answer the phone?

If the customer record is not pulling up when you answer your phone, please follow these instructions.

   1. Click on the IT support icon
   2. Click on ACT! Phone Fields Tab
   3. Make sure the Incoming Phone Number Search has a checkmark in it’s box
   4. Change Minimum Numbers to match to 10
   5. Click OK
