“Unknown Contact” is displaying for a Contact in my ACT! Database when using DIAL|IT tool

For example, the DIAL|IT shows the country code 44 in the UK and therefore the contact is not recognized.

This issue happens if the logged in user is not located in the country that is set in ACT!

Database or international dialing is not set.

Changing country of the logged in user should resolve this type of issue.
