Transfering phone calls:
If you want to transfer incoming calls to another person in your company and you want that the incoming number is shown on the display of the person who receives the call, please use our tool Phone.exe to find out which callerID your system is using. When you know this ID, open the config of the tapi and choose this ID in the Tapi settings. After that, the incoming number should be shown when transferring a call.
If you can’t see the ID in the Phone.exe, please contact you responsable Guy for the Phone system.
