If your call have a scratching problem or broke often. It´s a „connection problem“ not a DAIL|IT error.

1. Use a wired LAN connection when you make a call. Test this for a while. (WLAN connection can make problems)

2. Contact your Provider and let your connection check if there some interference or something else.
    Tell him that you call over Skype or VoIP and have there many Problems. He should can help you.


Here you can find a test Tool where you can check your VoIP connection. If here something red than contact your Provider.
If everything green or yellow it should be run. Retry this test a couple of times the whole day sometimes for a significant result.


If only the sound quality is a problem than buy a higher quality Headset.
