  • If the CardScan Software also fails with the recognition, change the USB device and try again
  • If that fails, please clean the scanner for example with a cleaning card from CardScan
  • When you have tried the steps above without any result, please contact us and we will check if we can help you with this issue
  • If you are still unable to make correct scans now, please check if you have a guarantee for this scanner. If yes, please contact CardScan to get a new one
