Scan|IT is only showing empty or not correct filled fields.
Please follow the steps in the written order:
- Try to scan the same card with the CardScan Software
- If the CardScan Software also fails with the recognition, change the USB device and try again
- If that fails, please clean the scanner for example with a cleaning card from CardScan
- When you have tried the steps above without any result, please contact us and we will check if we can help you with this issue
- If you are still unable to make correct scans now, please check if you have a guarantee for this scanner. If yes, please contact CardScan to get a new one
