Pops up the wrong contact record

If sometimes the contact’s phonenumber in the popup does not match with phone number of the incoming call please check the settings in the DIAL|IT Configuration. Do some tests with the Minimum Length.

Incoming Phonenumber Search

If it is not working check the incoming number

   1. Download the Phone.exe
   2. Select your Tapi Device
   3. Click on Start Session
   4. Ask the Contact to call in
   5. Check the Informations given by your telephone system for the Incoming number
   6. Check this Number against the Number you have in ACT! for this contact
