Phone numbers are not recognized

Your phone numbers are not recognized?

This can be if you’ve selected in the configuration that each incoming call should have a „0“ in front of the phone number.

Because there is the possibility that DIAL|IT confiused a international with an national call.

Example: The Germans already have a „0“ before the number and with the other „0“ that you set up in the config DIAL|IT thinks you will call an American number because their prefix is 00.

So this can be caused by an incorrect setting in the configuration.

Please check if you did everything correctly in the configuration of DIAL|IT.
