If no Pop Up comes up if you receive a call please look at the configuration of DIAL|IT.

These are the steps you have to do:

     1. Go to DIAL|IT Configuaration (Tools – CRMAddon – DIAL|IT Configuration)

     2. Go on Addon Settings – Field Selection

     3. Please tick the box ‚Show PopUp‘

You also can change the settings of the Pop Up.

Also, you might want to check this KB entry, or check this KB as the popup can only work if the Caller-ID is shown.

If the caller-id is shown, and Dial-it is still not poping the contact, it might be related to an Upgrade of ACT, as this is sometimes showing some issues in the internal Phonenumber List. If this is the case, you can check the following option.
