When you are making an outbound call and the tool is not opening a History window, this is a setting in the setup of the tool.

To fix this, please open the Dial|IT Config , goto the Tab, select the subtab History, and check if  „do not suppress History“ is checked. if it is unchecked, please Check it.

Then save the Setup by clicking on Ok and give it a try.
