You have lost the licence or the serial of one of our products and you want to recover it.
We can recover your Serial or Licence but we need to know several things and you have to post this in the Helpsute under the devision Licence. :
- The E-Mail you registered the Addon first with
- a copy of the Invoice of your purchase
- Current Act! Version
- Act! Version you first registered this Addon
- Store where you purchased the Addon
If there is any of these Points missing, it is not possible for us to recover your Serial/Licence.
In this case you have to purchase a new Licence
