To make it easy for „standard“ installs and to avoid issues with redirected My Document folders, we added the config into a folder under c:\Program files\…\ACT\Plugins

in a terminal Server / Citrix envoirment, this will not work, as the addon would only work with one single Extension.

Therefore, you can change the Setup to be stored in the my documents section (do not use this function if you use Redirected My Documents) to make this change, go to Tools| CrmaddonDAIL|IT | DIAL|IT Addon | DIAL|IT Configuration in the

confguration, click on the tab Addon Settings, then Click on the Tab Field Selection, then Select the Tab Folder Settings.

After changing this, a restart of ACT is reqired, then you can add for each user the specific configuration.
