How to upgrade or install Handheld Contact at your phone.

Handheld Contact – How to upgrade HHC on my mobile phone?

Blackberry:

1.  Open the Internet Browser on your Blackberry
2.  Go to www.handheldcontact.com/ota
3.  Choose the Professional Edition and go to Download.
4.  It is possible that you must replace your old version with the new one. It is also possible that you need to restart your phone.

Blackberry Playbook

1.  Open the Internet Browser on your Blackberry
2.  Go to www.handheldcontact.com/ota
3.  Choose the Professional Edition and go to Download
4.  Choose Upgrade or Downgrade if there is already HHC installed.
5. This action does not require a reboot.

iPhone/iPad:

1.  If you want to upgrade or install HHC on your iphone/ipad you have 2 ways:
2.  Open Safari.
3.  Go to www.handheldcontact.com/ota this will direct you to the appstore.
4.  You can also go to the Appstore and klick on „Updates“. Go to Handheld Contact Professional and start installation from there.
5. Insert your Apple ID. After that the Download will start.
6.  There is no reboot required.

Android:

1.  Android works the same way as Apple. Go to the Google Playstore or
2.  Go to www.handheldcontact.com/ota. This should redirect you to the google playstore.
3.  If not go directly to the playstore and look for: „Handheld Contact“. Here you can choose „Upgrade„.
4.  It is possible that you need a Username/Password for Google Play.
5.  There is no reboot required. 

Note: For Android User there is a automatic upgrade Funktion. You can find this feature in the Google Play Store, if you open HHC after the Installation. The Upgrades will be done automatically.
