How can I change the information that is shown on the Popup window of incoming calls

The popup screen allows each individual user to customize the information that is shown in four fields.

The first field is always reserved for the calling parties phone number, while fields 2,3 and 4 can be customized on a user by user basis.

To change this information, please do the following:

   1. Open DIAL|IT Configuration
   2. Click on Popup Window tab
   3. Change fields 2, 3, and 4 to whatever ACT! fields you would like to display
