You want to fuse companies to Act! contacts and it won’t work because the permission level is not high enough.
The button marked yellow allows you to fuse companies.
The reason is that your user account only has standard permissions. If the contact was created by another user you don’t have the rights you need.
As you can see above „Test User“ only has standard permissions. He isn’t able to edit or delete contacts.
If you have administrator permissions you can use the button without constraint.
