Excel shows no expected characters from exported csv file

If Excel shows no special characters like german Umlaute (ä ö ü) or capitalized chars (é à …) firstly we recommend using the newest Version of our Data Suite.

After this be ensure you use Unicode (UTF-8) as the encoding to import the csv file into Excel as showing below:

If another tool like a text editor shows the wrong characters you must setup this editor to open files as Unicode (UTF-8). See the tools documentation for doing this.
