If you receive the following error this means that the policy was changed and the password should be reentered. However, the window for password changing was blocked by your pop up blocker:
To resolve the issue you need to allow pop ups in your browser.
For IE you need to click on the following warning
and allow the pop up in the following context menu:
For Firefox you need to add the URL of your ACT! for Web to the allowed list in your pop up blocker settings:
Once you allow pop ups with your browser the following window will appear where you will be able to change your password:
You will log into successfully after the above actions have been performed.
