Please note: we are not able to offer support if the phone.exe is not working.
Contact your system administrator or your phone company who is responsible for your phones. 
They have to configure your tapi drivers in order to make Dial|IT work. After that be sure Tapi Drivers are working. Please test it with a minimum amount of 3 incomming and 3 outgoing calls. If Tapi is working as expected, Dial|IT will also work as expected.
