You are using our Dial|IT Addon and Act! closes directly after the Start-Screen of Act!
Most likely it will happen that after this Page Act! is closing without any Errors.
This Problem only appears when the user logged in and trying to execute Act! has not enough rights at our installation Folders.
Please go to:
C:\ProgramData
As you see you will find 2 Folder of us at this path.
Please make sure the user, probably currently logged in, has enough rights for these folders.
Right click on one of these Folders and the following Menue will appear:
Enter Properties and go to „Security“
There chose your Username (or Group) and grant Full control for this user.
Go to „Edit…“ and set Full control (In our Example we already got Full control)
