If you get the message that ACT needs to shut down while running an Add-on,  you must full fill  following steps so we could investigate the Issue

   1. use the email button on the Support Tab to send us the recent log files

   2. describe exactly what you are doing

   3. directly after a crash you must run the program c:\program files\act\act for Windows\logviewer.exe, export the content to HTML and attach this to the Support Ticket

as soon we receive all points above, we will look into it and present you a solution latest next business day.

If one of the points above is missing, we can not do anything, and you will just delay the chance for us to fix it.
