Your Act! Sync is not working properly and you already created a new Sync Database.
The Sync is still not able to finish and stops or can not even be started. 

The Solution is pretty easy. Sometimes it is possible that the Sync Server Service is not responding at your Act! Server.

Please go to your server and look at the task bar on the bottom right.

Klick on the Yellow/Green Arrows with a right click.

After that klick on „Show/Hide“ and you will get this window:

Klick on „Stop Sync Service“. After that the button will change to „Start Sync Service“.

Klick it again and you the Service will start again.
