Hi everyone,
We are pleased to announce that Act! v21.0 Update 4 is now available. This update applies to all regional versions of Act! v21 Pro, Premium and Web, and will apply automatically to new installations. Administrators can also use the Act! menu command Help > Act! Notifications to update an existing installation.
Issues Addressed
Update 4 addresses the defects below:
- D-08799 – Licensing – License Provider returns AMA license with dashes
- This issue prevented AMA from being accessible where a serial number had been manually entered containing dashes.
- D-08798 – Act! Reader app no longer works with v21
- This issue gave a security error when trying to use the Act! Reader Utility to gain an ODBC connection to Act! data.
There is no database schema update in this release.
