SUPPORT Manual

 

Note: Everyone can only see their own tickets initially. If a member of staff should be able to see all of the tickets of a company he or she has to be registered as a manager.

 

Click on the link to our SUPPORT|SUITE. Your browser will open the website for you. Please login with your email address and password.

A table with an overview of your inquiries will open in the new window.

Here you can see the tickets you have created and their status.

 

If you have already submitted a ticket and have not yet received a response, it may be that it is being processed. To view it, click on "Inquiries in progress" in the top bar.

 

To view queries that have already been completed, click on "Completed queries".

 

 

Double-click on a specific ticket to get to its details:

Here you can "make a comment", "upload a file" or "complete request" on the respective buttons.
