Have you forgotten your password for the ticket system?

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it without any problems.

 

 

On the login screen, click Forgot Password:

 

 

You will be forwarded to the following window:

 

 

Enter the email address you used for registration.

 

Finally click on "Submit". You will then receive an email with a link to (re) set the password.

 

If you cannot find the e-mail immediately, please also check your spam folder or the settings of your e-mail program.

 

 

If you click on the link displayed there you will get to this window:

 

 

Enter the desired password twice and then click on the "Change" button.

 

You have successfully recovered your password. You can now log in with this as usual.
