Here you can upload the attachments that you will be able to send with the e-mails. All file types are possible.

Click on the symbol. The following window opens:

 

 

Here you choose a file you want to upload. Then click on Open.  

 

 

With the symbol nr.1 you delete the attachments and with the second symbol you update the list of attachments.
