When you save your main and secondary addresses in a table in Act! that was created with TABLE|IT you are also able to import those to the table.
First you import the contact data without the addresses. Proceed like it is explained in the chapter Import main addresses and add an additional condition: Choose Main address as source column, Equal to as an operator, then type in 1, for Take action you pick Skip OK and as a logical operator you set AND.
Next you import the main addresses like it is explained in the chapter Import secondary addresses. There you change the condition Main address equal to 1 to Main address equal to 0.
Finally, you import the secondary addresses as usual (explanations in the chapter Import secondary addresses).
You successfully imported main and secondary addresses into your table. |
