The import will be shown with the DATA|SUITE version 3.6.0.0.

 

1. Creation of a schema "Main Address" of the type Contacts  

 

(1) Source file type: XML file

(2) Choose XML file

(3) Select the element from the XML structure for data transfer

 

 

2. For checking the information about the XML file please tick "Show data source" and test the display of the data source

 

 

3. Simple contact name as a virtual field (see Virtual fields)

 

 

4. Specification of the condition that only main addresses will be imported directly into the contact record

 

 

5. Mapping for the address data (example)

 

 

Then save the schema and perform it. As criteria for duplicates and for preparing the import of secondary addresses, the ID should be imported into the field User 1.
