No matter the instance you want to import there will be Yes/No fields, that means fields that can only contain two different possibilities as information. In Act! those fields will always be converted to Yes/No fields during the import with DATA|SUITE. Different expressions for "Yes" that DATA|SUITE can recognise are 1, true, t, x, ja, +, ok, тру, да, ya, positive and every number greater than 0. These expressions are not case sensitive.

 

If none of the previously mentioned expressions is in your source file you can use the Translation feature. Enter the expression of your source file and then decide on one of the wordings mentioned above.

 

Now you can proceed with your schema settings as usual.
