With this task (sub) groups are created automatically on the basis of existing teams. The groups contain the users of the respective teams.

 

 

Once you have set the task type Creation of groups on the basis of existing teams you click on Next.

 

You will get to the schedule options. Continue reading in the Trigger Time / Trigger Task chapter to find out how to proceed.

 

Click on Next.

 

The following window will open:

 

 

Choose an Act! connection. You can read more about that in the chapter Connect DATA|SUITE with Act!.

 

After that you tick Select a root group and decide on a group. In this group the existing teams will be created as sub groups.

 

In the end you go on Next.

 

 

Click on Finish. You made a task to create groups on the basis of existing teams.
