With the feature Summarizing in the View settings of the TABLE|IT tool bar you can adjust the display of the table content according to your wishes.

 

The feature Summarizing enables you to create a sum, minimum etc. using the table fields. The result will be displayed in the footer. The types of calculations depend on the data type of the field in the particular column.

 

Right click on the footer below the column you want to summarize. You can let TABLE|IT count the number of records for you, for example, or display the earliest date using the minimum function.

 

 

With the option None you can remove previously made calculations.

 

If you want to create a calculation for a group you need to activate the footer for the groups first by clicking on View Settings > Show Group Footer Line.

 

 
Then you can proceed, like already explained above, to create a calculation for a group.
