Among the view settings is also the option to filter the data records displayed in your table.

 

Please move your mouse over the header of a column. You will see the symbol. A click on that symbol opens a context menu where you can see all of the information that is in that specific column:

 

 

If you click on one of the values of this list only the data records with this content will be displayed.

There is the possibility to choose more than one value according to individual criteria. Click on the Text filters tab:

 

 

You can also clear a filter again.

 

In the end you click on Close.
