You can display additional information, like minimum or maximum, about the respective data records of a grouping in the footer line.

 

At first you create a grouping like described in the chapter Group Panel or Grouping (web). Then you click on View Settings > Show group footer line.

 

 

The footers will appear for each group now:

 

 

If you right click on a footer below a specific column a context menu appears:

 

 

For different column data types you have different kinds of options in this context menu.

You have the possibility to display the number of data records in this group, for example, using the option Count. This works for every column data type. Other options are the minimum (= Min) or maximum (= Max) value of a group. In this case the data type of the column should be Currency or Number. Average and Sum are also options that are useful for columns of the data type Currency or Number.
