You can search all of the records of every TABLE|IT table you created.

 

Click on Filtering > Search all over records of all TABLE|IT tables in the tool bar of your table.

 

 

This dialog opens:

 

 

Enter your search parameters like described in the chapter Filter. You will see a preview of the data records that were found. With those recordd you can create an Act! lookup for contacts, companies, groups or opportunities:

 

 

You will now see a list of all of the contacts, for example, that have the data that appeared in your preview:
