With a click on Filtering > Filter this dialog window opens:

Click on and. Here you choose the desired operator for your search:

Next, you go on the +. In order to pick a column you want to take data from for the search filter you click on the (originally) blue font, for example ID. A list will appear with all of the columns of your table:

After you have chosen the column that the filter should be applied to you need to decide on filter criteria. If you click on the (originally) green font a list will open with all of the relevant filter criteria for the data type of the table column, for example Is tomorrow for the data type "date" or Contains for the data type "character".

Finally, you enter a value you want to search for by clicking on the gray font enter a value.
You follow these steps for every row of your filter. In the end you click on Apply and then OK. You will now see the search filter that is currently active in the footer of your table.

Here you have the possibility to remove the filter again by clicking on the x.
