In our ticket system
•you can submit a ticket
•you get support in troubleshooting
•All your tickets can be viewed after entering your access data
•In order to be informed about the support time spent on a weekly or monthly basis, please create a ticket
•see the status of your support units and the support services that have already been billed
•You can get basic support from the manufacturer Swiftpage in German at
Phone 0800/1812014. There may be longer waiting times here.
We are happy to support you promptly and quickly in answering your questions.
With your support credit you will receive telephone support and remote maintenance from our technicians.
The paid support includes:
•Prioritized processing of the submitted ticket
•Processing of telephone inquiries
•Remote and telephone support
•Fair and transparent billing
•Billing mode: every quarter of an hour
•unlimited credit availability. This means that unused support credit does not expire.
Recommended course of action
Support is provided during normal business hours:
Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
