First, you pick All from the dropdown list for Border. Then you type in the Border Width and decide on a Border Color. Now you can decide on a Border Dash Style (for example Solid, Dash).
In the section Design you have the possibility to enter a name for the element.
Under Layout you state the size of the box. At first you enter the desired Width. Then you pick the End Band, meaning to which band the box will be displayed, as well as the Start Band, meaning which band the box starts at. Alternatively you can also enter the coordinates of the Start and End Point.
