First you choose the type of your mail box. Then you enter the server, the user and the password. Next, you decide whether you want to use SSL encryption or not and state the port. We advise you to request this data from your IT employee.

 

In the end you click on the button Test e-mail account. The following dialog will appear for confirmation:

 

 

Go on Ok. From the list next to mailbox you can choose one when you do not want to use all of them. Then you click on Next. You are now at the Group Settings and Newsletter Unsubscription.
