You have the possibility to synchronise the Act! users with the SimplyBook users. For that you click in the field below Act! User Name and then on the desired user. Next you click on the field below SimplyBook User Name and choose the desired user. After that you tick Synchronize.

 

If you have enabled the team function you can now choose who is going to be Team Leader and Team Member for the corresponding SimplyBook User Name.

 

With the team setting you can assign several users (i.e. your support employees) in Act! to a service provider (i.e. support) and then choose a team leader who receives all bookings during the synchronisation from SimplyBook.it to Act!. The team leader is then able to manually assign those to the team members. This is useful when it is not relevant for your customers who of your service providers performs the service.

 

You can update the entries in the dropdown lists with a click on the bookit 21 symbol.

 

If you want to delete a row, select it and click on bookit 22. You will be asked whether you really want to delete it:

Click on Delete.

 

In the end you click on Next. You willl get to the Field mapping settings.
