You can edit your schema when you select it (double-click on the desired schema) and click on Edit schema (1). The FETCH|IT wizard will appear. You can edit everything like in the chapter Create new schema.
You delete a schema by selecting it and then clicking on the Delete schema button (2). You will be asked if you really want to delete the schema:
