The end of the product lifetime for our Act! addons
For our addons we usually provide you with software maintenance and software updates for the three most recent Act! versions.
Like with other software applications as well, the life span of the versions that are supported is not unlimited. The reason for that is: For the CRM system Act! and its addons new features are developed constantly. The operating systems the software should run on is updated continuously. That is why new software versions are released and older versions are discontinued after a while. With that, bug fixes and support are not available anymore.

Thus, the following applies to the Act! addons of the CRMADDON Factory: Older Act! versions are not supported anymore. For software with a release status that is not maintained anymore in general, technical support will only be provided within the scope of software updates.
