Recently we added the possibility to indicate tickets as prioritized. You will then also receive a note in your confirmation email that the ticket will be charged. As long as no time has been booked on the ticket, i.e. no employee has taken care of your problem yet, you can uncheck the Prioritized Ticket box at any time.
