Option 1: directly after installation
You license the addon directly in Act! after you have installed it, whether you want to use the demo version or the full version.
As soon as you open Act! for the first time after installation, you will see the licensing window.
Regardless of whether you want to use the demo or the full version, please enter your e-mail address, your full name and your firm name in the appropriate fields first.
Would you like to test DUPE|IT first? Then click on "Request my free trial version" Within a few seconds your trial license for DUPE|IT will be registered.
If the license has not been registered automatically within a few seconds, click on "Activate my license".

Option 2: anytime in the DATA|SUITE
You can access the licensing window in DATA|SUITE via the menu item Help > License Information.

If any problems occur while using DIAL|IT, you can create a support ticket using the link provided here. An explanation of this can be found in the How to create a ticket in the SUPPORT|SUITE chapter.
You attach the log file to the ticket, which you get via Open log file and then Save file.
Use the Start Remote Session option if you have arranged a remote session with one of our support staff.
