The data records from your TABLE|IT table are part of your Act! database. With a backup of the Act! database you also save the records from your TABLE|IT tables.
In the case that several employees with the same Act! and TABLE|IT data work in the Windows version it should happen via direct access to the database that is on your server.
If that is not possible because, for example, there is no direct access to the database, remote databases should be used which are synchronized regularly with the main database on your Act! server.
