You can either deactivate an existing license via he "Information about CRM!Addon" window or via the license wizard. You can read about how to get to either of them in the chapter How do I open the license wizard?.

 

 

In the Informationen about CRM!Addon window you click on Deactivate... .

 

 

The following dialog appears:

 

 

Click on OK. You have now deactivated your license.

 

 

If you are in the license wizard directly click on Deactivate your license.

 

 

You will see the following window:

 

 

Click on Deactivate my license. You deactivated your license successfully.
