User authorization
Once a user is created with default permissions, by default they are not given the required permissions for the API, which results in an error being displayed on the Welcome screen and Act! Marketing Automation being unusable.
To set the permissions for the API for someone, you need a user that has administrative rights for the database.
Then you can select the desired user, edit it and in the following window, distribute the following permission, "Access to Web API" then the user has permission to the API that should eliminate the error message on the welcome screen.
